Yesterday a couple of us Wingnuts went to Charlottesville for a job. We also had time to visit Random Row Books, which is also housing the new infoshop- Marginalia Infoshop, and hang out with some great folks there. They told us about the rally happening that day for the UVA Living Wage Campaign, where students are currently engaging in a Hunger Strike to demand a living wage for UVA workers. We got to attend part of the rally/protest and see some C-ville friends.

If you are visiting Charlottesville, make sure you check out Random Row books! http://randomrow.wordpress.com/

And folks should also check out the UVA Living Wage Campaign and support the hunger striking students. Find out more about their campaign and events here: http://www.livingwageatuva.org/

We picked up some new books from Random Row, in addition to some we have gotten from PM Press in the mail! Check them out! – no literally, come to Wingnut Open Hours on Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-9pm and check out a book from our Radical Lending Library.
